Just want to write down some notes on this dream before I forget...
I can't remember what was happening earlier in the dream, but for some reason I was changing my shirt while I was driving. Obviously, that made it difficult to see where I was driving, and when I was able to see, I found I had driven into an area of traffic congestion and I couldn't get the vehicle to stop. I tried going around the congestion and just found more congestion, but now it was a bunch of people riding bikes that I was plowing through. I turned off onto a side street and was able to come to a stop finally. I was thinking to myself that I had surely killed someone and I was going to go to jail and I should really try to understand that my poor driving choices had actually ended someone's life. Then I woke up, because when I'm dreaming I'm apparently unwilling to face negative consequences. (This is my working theory as to why I don't really have nightmares - as soon as something starts getting headed in that direction, I wake up or reverse time to undo it or something.)
